David is an attorney residing in Redondo Beach, California for over 30 years. Originally from Portland, Oregon, David and his wife, Carla, fell in love with Paris the first time they visited the city.

 

Early on, they realized that the experience of visiting Paris and staying in a nice hotel was wonderful but very different from having their own space. They soon discovered fractional ownership and were sold. 

 

They’ve owned their fractional in the Marais for many years now, and David has also been involved in developing several properties into fractionals, including a 2-bed, 2-bath in Nice.

Great friends also come from the fractional. David and Olga met through their ownership paths and embarked on developing Paris apartments that they would love - and that others will love too.

Olga is an attorney, wife, mother, real estate aficionado and traveller recently transplanted from New York City to Boca Raton, Florida. 

​

With a passion for Paris from an early age, she has traveled to France countless times and always dreamed of making it her home. Over 10 years ago, she began researching fractional ownership and ultimately purchased a share in a fabulous apartment in the Marais.

​

The dream of living in Paris was fulfilled, albeit part-time, and a bigger dream was born - to share the opportunity with like minded Francophiles!

As a board member for the first two years in her fractional ownership, she learned all the ins and outs of the property operation and realized she could provide the most ideal experience - hence Pied-a-Paris was born.
