We’ve been hard at work this summer bringing our newest fractional apartment to life, and we’re thrilled to share a first look with you. Introducing Maison Rivoli, a beautifully restored apartment in the heart of the Marais, offering 13 fortunate owners a luxurious and comfortable second home in Paris.

From the moment we found this light-filled space, we knew it had something special. With original architectural details as our foundation, we’ve been layering in thoughtful design elements to create a warm and elegant home. Every detail has been carefully considered, from mood boards and fabric swatches to antique mirrors, chandeliers, and handpicked art.

Most weekends you could find David, myself, or one of our designers at Les Puces de Saint-Ouen, the beloved Paris flea market. It’s our favorite destination for finding unique, high-quality pieces. Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with trusted vendors who help us source the perfect accents to bring character and charm to each project. A few of our favorite finds, pictured below, have already made their way into Maison Rivoli, and they are truly special.
