As autumn begins and sales for Maison Rivoli are underway, prospective owners often ask about the experiences of our current owners. This made me reflect on the many individuals, couples, and families who have become owners with Pied-à-Paris. It has been a pleasure getting to know them and helping them achieve their dream of a Parisian pied-à-terre. While co-owners may not cross paths in person, you be certain we will connect the group via Zoom, email, and WhatsApp. This question also brought to mind our Maison Chapon owners' group.
For new subscribers, Maison Chapon was our first fractional residence in the Marais, launched at the beginning of 2024. This thoughtfully restored and elegantly designed two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is now home to 13 fortunate owners who enjoy it for four weeks annually. They have loved exploring the neighborhood, sharing the apartment with family and friends, and savoring Parisian culture and cuisine. With a year of experience, the members have graciously provided their feedback on the apartment, neighborhood, management, and overall experience, which I am proud to share below:
"The apartment itself is exceptional — beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a wonderful location that makes every visit special.
